Had everything designed for my wedding project. My fiancee spent countless hours designing the template and we were excited once we submitted the work. Zazzle canceled our order 4 days later saying there were possible copy-right images for our seating chart and seating table numbers. Called customer service immediately after and they said it had to do with our photos in the project. The customer service rep told us to remove the photos and reorder the project and everything should be fine. The very next day our order got canceled again because it is not in compliance with guidelines. This is now pushing close to our wedding date, and we don't have extra time to spare. We did what the customer service rep told us to fix the issue and now we're stuck with another issue without detailed explanation. Tried to call again immediately this morning, but the phone lines are conveniently down on the weekends. I assume this company just wants to corner us and force us to go with them for expedited shipping so they can make an extra buck. We'll pay for expedited shipping for another company elsewhere. This has been a nightmare for us, and I do not recommend this company.
