I RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSES ORDER!
I live in Missouri and revived someone’s order form Oregon. I had ordered TWO custom pandemic face masks.
And the one mask of the Two, the stitching was all unraveling and terrible quality!!!!
I contacted customer service over a week ago. All I received was a generic response. I provided pictures of EVERYTHING. ALSO, the masks took wayyyyy longer than the estimated shipping said it would take. I originally reached out to customer service when I was waiting and waiting for them to arrive for weeks. All I got was some generic email about “Your order will be there in blah blah blah.”
Now that I reached out again because I got the wrong order, I still have yet to receive anything about them solving this and giving me a refund. It’s says 2-3 days. 2-3 days my Ass. Even if it was business days, it has been well over the time! I emailed again today. I am so furious. Waste of $20. Don’t even bother with this company. Don’t buy from them, go somewhere else with your money and business.
