Placed my order for children’s masks on April 28. Page said 12-14 business days to make + 4-7 business day do deliver. Today is June 16, still no masks ...
The original delivery estimate has June 3rd at the latest, so when I did not receive my much-needed masks by then, I sent an e-mail to customer support. Got a robot reply back, saying they are just so busy and are working as quickly as they can and they cannot give any definite delivery estimates for my order. And, no, I cannot cancel the order since it’s in production. Bought similar masks elsewhere - got them made and delivered in 2 weeks!
False advertising on the timing from Zazzle!!! Do not buy from them!!!
