My delivery arrived on time and the product was very good quality. I had ordered 3 doorstops. The price was cheaper than any shop. i assume as it was my first order i received a token highlighter, a pack of playing cards and an accompanying welcome card. I thought that was a lovely touch. I would definitely use 123ink again.
