Well on this occasion I am giving 1 star because it is not possible to give none and still write a review. Placed an order said online it was in stock. Spoke to customer service on the ph who confirmed it was in stock. Paid for order and heard nothing for several days. Made contact to find out what the issue was to be told order was out of stock and that they could not say when it would be back in stock. Had to make alternative printing arrangements as a big print run so well out of pocket. Not a great experience at all.
