Mr. Jim was very helpful in answering questions and getting the order shipped quickly. I wanted to give a special gift to a group of physical therapists and found the brain and spinal cord pin just in time. They all raved about the pins and asked for the artist so they could order pins for their fellow therapists. I also saw some pins I will order for myself.
