Recently made a purchase of around $400 in seeds. They were shipped out in a timely manner but then after a week the updates stopped and the package seemed to be stuck in the mail. When I asked about it they said it wasn’t their responsibility. I guess they can’t read there policy because no where does it say a lost package is not their responsibility other then international shipping which this was not. Poor business skills. Have now heard this is a pretty common issue with them. Probably scamming people. Would not recommend not worth the hassle and lack of professionalism.
