Similar to others, it appears, ordered and paid for an item that was not able to be supplied. Needed a nudge to issue refund but then I was slow to respond to the "N/A stock" email. With a phone call refund promptly turned up next day. Needs to improve supply chain and admin but a company trying its best I think.
