An absolute waste of space & time. I reported a fraud case to these people about a company I paid for a CSCS card that I never received. the company was even trading under a fake name & address & I informed Action Fraud of all this information with solid black & white evidence, However, after about two months after I had reported the case they finally decided to send me a letter basically stating they weren't prepared to take the case on with a little booklet with information in it giving advice as to how to spot or avoid fraud that was absolute of no use at all. They are a complete & utter waste of space.
