I am requesting reimbursement for monetary expense I incurred due to incorrect study/exam contents from AD Banker for series 66 exam prep materials provided to me; as well as incorrect comprehensive practice exams contents and incorrect manual contents (e.g. page 156 referencing NSMIA 1966) as well as after June 2023 exam updates which excluded contents on comprehensive exams after the update. As a result, it caused me harm when I failed the exam on 7/24/23. These are just errors I identified. My concern also is for errors I may be unaware of and also concern for my colleagues and study group members who experienced the same hardship. I lost faith in AD Banker study materials.
I am Requesting reimbursements as follows:
$159.95 for study materials I purchased from AD Banker; Plus $177 for FINRA registration fee; Plus $5,000 for lost moneys relating to time spent (away from work) contacting AD Banker on several occasions, distressed failing the exam, lost pay from work to study (3 months) wrong/incomplete materials,traveling time and expense to/from exam site to sit for the exam based on incorrect prep material provided to me by AD Banker. All this was communicated to AD Banker customer service team on several occasions.
I hereby request total reimbursement in about of $5,336.95 as soon as possible to compensate me for my loss.
