WARNING - AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY IN SIBIU/HERMANNSTADT/ROMANIA - their business model is build on fraud and misrepresentation. You will have the worst experience of car rental in your life. After you return the rented car, the company alleges that you have caused a damages and withhold deposit payment. This seems their standard procedure. The representative does not give his full name and he even refused to hand out a copy of the return report. When you call them, there is no response. Customer satisfaction does not exist for this company. Inform your credit card company immediately, get in touch with an attorney and file a report to the local police. If you have deposited cash, it will be very difficult to get a refund. I am in touch with attorney in Bucharest and prepared for legal fight.
