Terrible service! They convinced me to buy their top insurance package claiming they would cover all sorts of things, including roadside assistance (see attached picture). On the road between two village I deviated just few meters from the road to take a urgent phone call as the road was too narrow to stop on it. I went with my front wheels in a small pond (see pictures) from which I could not get out as it was too muddy. I called them for assistance but they told me they would not cover that as it counts as an off road accident. They said they could arrange a truck to pull me out but they offered me to do it for double the normal price. I called myself assistance for which I paid myself.
