Worst rental company ever. They do not deserve 1 star! They refused to give us the car claiming that something is wrong with my credit card. They told us the only way we could get the car is paying an extra 600 euro insurance for the car (which was more than double the rental price!) . We already payed for a full insurance (no risk) while making the reservation via booking.com but it did not matter. We could not get the car without paying the extra 600 euro. Not even after the customer service from booking talked with them. Not to mention we were not the only one at the desk in this situation! This is a scam. You should not do any business with this company.
