AddCar is NOT a legitimate rental agency. I rented a car through them on Travelocity, which I thought only worked with reputable car rental companies. In very small print, their contract said I needed to call them at least 2 hours in advance of landing. However, I was on a plane and delayed so I wasn't able to do that. When I tried to use their online "check-in" portal - it kept giving me an error message saying that my reservation could not be found. So when I arrived in Vilnius a few hours later, and went to the car rental area - to my surprise there was no counter. They don't have any presence at all in the airport car rental area. I called them and they said that since I hadn't called them at the appropriate time, they were now in another city 2 hours away from Vilnius and that I could not get the car I had ALREADY paid for. They just left me high and dry, with no apology and no alternatives. and they had already charged my credit card so I basically paid to be stranded at the airport. They were the worst "company" I have ever done business with and I wouldn't be surprised if their portal purposely doesn't allow you to check in so they can justify cancelling your reservation without a refund. Bottom line is DO NOT USE AddCar.
