I had a dreadful experience with AddCar, booked through Priceline, that I need to share. I reserved a rental car and paid the full price upfront via Priceline. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, AddCar charged me an additional amount as a "deposit," claiming it would be refunded. Despite their assurances, I never received the refund. They falsely told me they released the deposit, but after my bank investigated, it turned out they had charged me for an "all-inclusive package" without my consent. This lack of transparency and honesty is unacceptable. AddCar's customer service was unhelpful and evasive throughout the process. I strongly advise against renting from them. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable company!
