Absolutely rubbish company with no manners at all how to treat customers i recommend think 10 times before renting a car through them worst experience. I had my booking for 4 days despite i provide my flight number they were charging me extra fee hundred euro for being one hour late i had meet and greet booking but no sign of there company logo or desk at airport Waite almost one hour before they send their bus even then when we reach the guy at reception was so rude and disrespectful I contact them from Bucharest but they did not bother even to reply to my msg so rubbish company absolutely disgrace ruin my holida.
