Thanks for Alexandru from Addcar Bucharesti At the pick up , the gentleman at the desk said that according to my contract if he finds any scratch on the car he well charge me all my deposit of 890 euros , I asked about the list with damages prices he said that doesn’t fit with my contract so that made my holiday , he tried to block my deposit from my credit card but that didn’t work twice,he said that there are problems with my credit card so I called my account manager in front of him he said that the card is fine and the problem is from the mashin luckily I had another credit card to use otherwise I would loos my booking , I took the car and stopped at first gas station and used my credit card and that worked nicely with no problem . At drop off I met a nice gentleman called Alexandru , very kind , active and hardworker ,he did a check list , de block the card , gave me to fill a feedback without any pressure and all that happened in 15 min, meanwhile did same thing with other customer , he dropped us in the airport quickly so for his services I gave two stars .
