Avoid this company like the plaque! I am only leaving 1 star because there isn't possible to leave 0! We waited 7 weeks for a faulty radiator and valves to come and when we told them this they said it cant be the case. We wanted it replaced, they said wrap it up and take photos to collect it, which we did. They then ignored all our emails. We have today passed this to the Citizen's Advice bureau and hope to be able to take them to court. Absolute Cowboys! Avoid!
