Bought tickets through Stubhub via Afterpay. Stubhub cancelled order because of an issue with the payment method. Afterpay still took the first payment, and refused to refund my money. They stated Stubhub was to blame and that it’s up to Stubhub to refund it. Stub hub cancelled the order and never got payment. Yet Afterpay took it out of my account anyway and refuses to end the payment arrangement even though the order failed. Had to report them as fraud. And the customer service woman hung up on me. These are charges near $1000. Horrendous company you cannot trust your money or account information to. There isn’t even an option for me to delete my card info off their site so I needed to change all of my banking information.
