I recently participated in the Organization Development and HR Management training and certification program offered by the Academy to Innovate HR. The trainers were exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging. Valuable insights deepened my understanding of organizational dynamics even more to an extent, which I plan to utilise in my new Assignments. I particularly appreciate the sharing of ideas, self reflections among participants. I closed the programs always feeling inspired and better prepared to drive positive change.
