This certification definitely requires a lot of thought. There can be a lot of gray area that has to be waded through but it does apply to real scenerios. The answers may not be clear cut and a deeper dive to understand your organization, dismantling and restructuring the culture to one of a learning nature is taxing. Be ready to put your thinking cap on and learn to read in between the lines for questions, paths, and solutions.
