The course work was significantly simpler, easier and more straightforward. It did not adequately prepare me for the exam. The exam contained many vague and similar questions that could be considered to have subjective differing results. "What is the best representation of people analytics" - was an example where this would really depend on the areas of focus or aims of the organization - answers varied between rectruitment, performance assessments, cost to hire/train, which all may be top priorities depending on the organization. Whenever the multiple choice asks for "most correct" these are super challenging and subjective. Every one has a different perspective!
