In the case of the Sous-Marine, Airain takes the unorthodox approach of letting the customers decide on what the product should be. This caught my attention well before I would ever receive the watch, and well after the voting period were closed. That said, the renders and product images looked to be exactly what I was hunting for (a skin-diver style watch that stays on the smaller side). The watch arrived and is just as beautifully put together as I could have wished for. My only hiccup was sizing the Fixoflex bracelet, as the directions were a bit unclear at first. Despite this, I was contacted directly by Floris & Tom with a video made specifically to address my concern. Airain’s product & service are second to none, it’s clear that they care about not only making a beautiful watch, but making sure you are happy with it once it’s in your hands. Can’t wait to see what comes next.
