We bought 2 !!!! One for home and one for our business. I have tried to grow herbs in the traditional fashion for years, but with poor results from the soil/traditional planting and fertilising etc, and always too far from the kitchen to be convenient. The air garden fits almost anywhere and produced the most consistent and robust herbs and lettuces in just a few weeks!! It was so easy to get the seedlings going, and then plug it in, add the nutrients and away you go. No more spending $3 per punnet of herbs and throwing half of them out after they get soggy in the bottom of your fridge. With the airgarden you can just cutoff what you need and of course it stays fresh until dinner time! We bought one for our cafe, the Brookfield General Store. We decided to use the airgarden strictly for herbs. We have saved on food cost and are serving the freshest and best quality lettuces and herbs from our airgarden every time. It's so easy to maintain and the results are super quick. Although the airgarden is very user friendly, the team at airgarden helped us get up and running and have been available to answer questions. I never thought I would be a green thumb, but am finding it all very therapeutic and satisfying to become more self sufficient and provide healthier meals for our family and customers.
