Kostenlose Rücknahme wird ausgeschlossen, wir müssen die Rücksendung selbst organisieren und bezahlen. Der Vorwand: Man will die Kunden damit zu mehr „Nachhaltigkeit“ erziehen. Das geht gar nicht. Zum Online-Handel gehört eine kostenlose Rückgabe, genauso wie die Ladenmiete im stationären Handel So ein Startup braucht die Menschheit nicht!
