I placed the order supposedly in time for before XMAS delivery on the 12th of December. On the 24th of Dec the items were still in the sorting center in Amsterdam. I sent an email asking for the reason and all I got was a generic reply saying that you have ran into delays. I sent 2 more emails and never got another reply. It is now the 2nd of January, there is still no sign of the items. So from my point of view. Not acceptable delivery time-scale (not in time), not acceptable customer service. In my mind if it is holiday, you cannot say that you ran into "unexpected" delays. You should know, acknowledge and plan for it.
