Anna came to my house in order to value jewellery for insurance purposes. She was highly professional and undertook to photograph and value everything that we would need to get insured. She was also very enthusiastic about her work and identified when the jewel was from, as well as what it was worth, so I know more about the history behind the rings and lockets. Some items were valuable when we had not realised this. I would thoroughly recommend Anna for purposes of valuation. She offers a caring and knowledgeable approach to her profession. She also made helpful suggestions and worked out that an Omega watch just needed a replacement battery to work perfectly! She was able to organise this as well as reducing the size of my mother's engagement ring. If we should decide to sell any of the items I will be back in touch, as she can also purchase items. All in all, a very satisfied customer.
