I asked Thanassi Athanassopoulos for a facelift in October, 2022. He requested my medical records from my GP. When nothing happened, I contacted my GP at thr end of January, 2023, and got the ball rolling again. These people wasted 5 months of my time before turning me down. Disgraceful!
