Two years I borrowed my friends button maker and used it in my classroom. The kids loved making and wearing the buttons. It was a huge success. It was so quick and easy to use that they were able to create buttons in one single class period. The machine is sturdy enough for repeated use in a classroom. I couldn't wait to get my own. I had to return the one I borrowed from a friend. I just bought my own and I'm so excited to use it in my classroom. I think I will open each school year with kids making their very own buttons. It should start each school year off on a positive note.
