What's not to totally love about American Button Machines? The customer service is out of this world, on a whole other playing field that most businesses don't even know exists. They make it easy to make buttons. They answer questions promptly, IMMEDIATELY, over the phone or by email. The enthusiasm for buttons is clearly sincere and infectious to the point where I want to devote 25 percent of my life to making buttons. The quality of the machines is everything they say it is. The videos are informative, entertaining, and don't waste your time with extra unnecessary music or wind-ups or wind-downs--just straight to the point and fun to watch, and not a second longer than necessary. I have owned my own business for 27 years, and we deal with hundreds of vendors/other businesses...and American Button Machines is at the top of the list in caring, honesty, customer service, enthusiasm for their stuff, knowledge, and overall vibe. The buttons are easy and perfect. We quit another button maker when their buttons kept coming apart. I spent $450 or so on a kit from ABM, and am so ready to get another one, for another size...or one for home use. It is so easy to make buttons, and super fun. Say anything you want. Put your puppy one one. Whatever. There is no way you'll ever regret having one of these machines.
