Our ABM machine was handed down to us. We thought we would save a few bucks by ordering materials from a large unnamed online retailer. But when they arrived, they were the wrong size. The woman I spoke with on the phone at ABM was very sweet and helped us figure out why they didn't fit, and she didn't judge for not ordering direct. Haha! So I ordered the supplies from ABM. And not only were they the same price, but we got more than double the pieces. It was actually cheaper.
