The machines work well but 15-20% of the supplies they send you with them are made poorly enough that I ended up with only 800 buttons even though I expected to be able to make about a thousand, resulting in wastes of time, energy, and materials. They don’t stand by the quality of their individual pieces and you must inform them of damage in writing within two days, even if you were sent literally 4,000 pieces between collets, shells, mylar, and pinbacks. I really wish I hadn’t given them my money now.
