After purchasing a 1 1/4" machine with three months of BAB software, I would think that the free 1-month membership that came with these 1000 sets would run consecutively, not concurrently. ABM should fix that as the customer is not getting what they were offered. It might be a week or so difference in use of the software but knowing this, I will now have to make my future purchases more strategically (further apart). I have come to notice that while many people tout ABM customer service, I feel that they are just very good at saying "No." And moving on without more explanation or a solution. My two cents.
