I love my button maker. It is simple to use and very well manufactured. I expect it to last lifetime. The only issue I have with ABM is the cost of the online button making software. Many companies offer free online software if it helps customers use their products and there are several button companies that have similar software for free. Maybe it works for ABM, but it seems counter-intuitive if they want to keep customers, especially 'hobbyist', from going elsewhere.
