ABM is great. I had a button machine from a different company and the percentage of imperfect buttons was unacceptable. With ABM, the buttons are almost always perfect, and their customer service is excellent-- the few times I had any problems, they were a great resource for getting the "failure rate" back to 1%. Great machine and the company really supports the customers.
