It's been some time since I received the button maker, and have wanted to express one major complaint since: How could you send a piece of equipment WITHOUT WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS?! As a 73 year old woman, I can tell you that NOT EVERYONE HAS A SMART PHONE and can use a scan symbol. Your on-line videos were helpful, although a little too fast, so after watching them multiple times and piecing together the varied instructions on your website, I was able to put together complete step-by-step instructions for me to use as well as anyone else in our group that the button maker was purchased for. It works great, but it was a struggle and very time consuming for me to figure it out!
