As a state-run University faculty member who purchases materials for her division, working with vendors can be tricky. There can be a lot of paperwork involved around tax waivers, necessary receipts, payments and well, you get it. American Button Machines' customer service is a welcomed respite in the purchasing quagmire. An actual human talked with me and we were able to get the order placed ASAP.
