I have been a customer for years but recently returned to button making as a hobby. The quality of the machines and supplies is superb. I have never had an issue with any of their machines and I own five. The graphic cutters are really the best way to go and save an incredible amount of time. The video tutorials are really helpful and whoever the female spokesperson is...she is amazing! Lastly, I recently purchased the lifetime edition of the Build a Button software. Worth every penny!
