American Button Machines has so much talent in there customer service department its unbelievable. The button parts I recieve. Have been nothing short of amazing. I used to use a Badge-a-joke machine and had at least a 10-15% failure rate. Since changing to American Button Machine over 8 years ago. I have had maybe 10-15 button failures. I tell people if your not using American Button Machine's parts and machines. Your using JUNK!
