I hired a person for a project recently, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. First, the person was very unresponsive and difficult to communicate with, often taking days to reply to my messages or emails. When they did finally respond, their answers were vague and unhelpful, leaving me feeling confused and frustrated. As the project progressed, it became clear that the person did not have the necessary skills or experience to complete the work to the level I was expecting. Their work was full of errors and lacked attention to detail, requiring extensive revisions and corrections. When I expressed my concerns, the person became defensive and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. To make matters worse, the person missed several important deadlines, causing delays and putting the entire project in jeopardy. It was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I regretted hiring this person. In the end, I have find someone else to complete the work, which cost me both time and money.
