The product is great but we were waiting for it and tracked it down at Wg Hospital Supply Dept where it had been delivered. I purchased this item privately and we asked for it to be delivered to WRHN so disappointed with that outcome. The Supply service had openned the box but had not contacted the Network to query its destination.
