Sehr netter persönlicher Kontakt. Wegen einem noch nicht lieferbaren Artikel hat sich die Lieferung verzögert. Nach einem Anruf bei Ankerherz (es war aufgrund eines Geburtstagsgeschenks eilig) konnte die Lieferung dann ganz unkompliziert und auch schnell doch noch rechtzeitig ausgeliefert werden (auch die Rücküberweisung auf meine Kreditkarte klappte unproblematisch). Vielen Dank hat Alles sehr gut geklappt. Ein Shop den man wirklich sehr empfehlen kann.
