It's understandable coming from the conditioning of many of our societies why this journey may seem extreme. However, if you are ready to face and find yourself, the retreat experience at APL was a very positive unexpected surprise. It will challenge you, it is not a bed of roses but you are not alone, you have the love and attention given by the Shaman, facilitators and whole team and your group.
