What a life-changing experience! I can't recommend APL Journeys enough. Second APL retreat for me- I decided to return here and continue the work I'd started a few years ago. The utterly challenging journey (the hardest night of my life for sure) was worth it. You guys work so hard to support us and you provided such a safe and comfortable space for me to do the work and feel ok with being so vulnerable. I have a fresh feeling of ease and gratitude, and I'm looking forward to integrating this into my life now.
