I've used APS for years and I've been content with the service except for today. The low fee to send and the good rates is what keeps me a loyal customer. However today I did a transfer and after realized that the transfer rate was very poor. I checked other transfer services and found an average of D64 to £1 but APS gave me D61 to £1. It's been getting lower for a while but today's was the worst. From now on I'll check the exchange rates closely and seriously consider using other services. I feel greed has crept in with their success. This will end badly because others will compete and customers may follow the competition. Seriously disappointed.
