Most orders go well but its a defining factor of the quality of a supplier to recover a situation when something goes wrong - as happened with my order. The manifold of the twin set became bent in transit which meant the whole rig was unusable. However, Aquanauts stepped up and despatched replacement parts without any delay which meant that the diving I had planned to do with this set went ahead as planned. So big thanks to Derek and the team.
