I began with the free plan at arzhost and it was perfect for testing. It gave me the room to create and test my site and when I needed extra bandwidth to handle increasing traffic, I upgraded smoothly.
What I liked best was that ARZhost has an easy way of changing plans without losing the work I have. They're forthcoming with what each plan brings and I also liked how easy it was to upgrade.
Definitely a good pick if you're beginning on a small scale and hope to expand.
