My son predominantly uses the iPad with keyboard case for telehealth speech therapy. The connection, video and sound quality has been a great improvement from our previous device. The touch screen and keyboard is easy for my son to use. I like how the keyboard case allows the screen to be propped up, and protects the iPad when not in use. The service and delivery time was also great!
