Easy process when ordering and the customer service staff were very helpful answering all my questions. The app came installed already and set up when it came which made it so easy when we got it and got ti ready for use for our son to communicate. It came very quick and packaged well. The case that came with it is very sturdy, you will need a screwdriver to put it together, however, you get a very thin plastic sheet cover to protect the screen, which, we replaced with a proper screen protector. All in all, very good experience buying from Assistive Tech.
