I had an order issue with the capitol guardians people not allowing payment due to not understanding the rules of maintaining existing equipment but assistive tech was great when I had to cancel and equally awesome when I asked to reinstate the order and when I asked to add a screen protector the service was equal to being in store asking for assistance.
